Even when a woman picks one out herself, still gonna be some duds. No way of knowing til its tried. Some things look like they'd be great and just feel wierd or uncomfortable. Best to stick to low end versions to buy as testers and if they are liked going for the more quality version if is desired.

The only thing I would add is to keep in mind that the cheaper toys are typically not as comfortable, or have a a motor that provides the same sensation that a more expensive version does. Many women start of with very inexpensive toys, don't enjoy it, and assume its them, when in fact it was the toy.

And if you do buy a toy that doesn't work, stick it on the side. For many women, certain toys work better during certain times of the month, or a year down the road, as our bodies are always changing.
