That might be a bit much just starting off.

Try some simple finger play. Wet your finger and gently stroke his perineum then around his anus. If he likes it, apply some lube, slowly insert your finger (palm up) and gently stroke his prostate. Well, if two people are comfortable enough with each other to have sex, there should be open communication... no questions or suggestions should be off limits but of course respect each other's limitations. If he's shy about asking or afraid of the reaction, he could start the conversation by asking her if she's ever been rimmed and if it's something she would be open to exploring.

Start with one or the other first, then you can try both. The prostate is just a couple of inches up, ask him to give you feedback so you know when you've found it. The tissue you're pressing on should feel a bit different than the surrounding anal wall.
