Do kegels make a big differnce

I was wondering if kegels make a big difference to a woman tightness. I have a harder time cumming with my GF compared to other women in the past or the women we have had threesomes with. She had one child but not sure that matters . I can feel her slightly tighter since she started serious fitness some months ago though. She likes oral and by the time she wants me to enter she is so open. If I enter earlier she opens up seemly quickly and the sensation goes from feeling really good and tight to at times "am I in". I want to ask her to try them again. I think it would need to be a on going effort. Would that be an insult? I feel bad for her and myself that I get more sensation from the other women. Kind of guilt.

For myself they make a difference. But also every woman's body is different, especially after giving birth. My only suggestion would be for you to casually bring it up to her in conversation, don't push on it or try to force her. Be gentle in the conversation.

I cannot speak personally as to whether they will absolutely make her tighter (I already am), but they pushed the idea strongly in my college sex ed class and I've read that they can be very effective You might be able to couch it as a benefit to both of you. I do them periodically and they can feel good just by themselves. Just as she is exercising other parts of her body, it is good to exercise these muscles as well.

Kegels can definitely make a difference depending on the woman (in my case the difference is pretty clear). I suppose that childbirth can make a difference, and I think that women are encouraged to do kegels after having a baby. But doing them regularly (like a few times every day) is pretty much a requirement if the couple wants to see much difference.
