    Need advice about this guy......

Ok so a few days ago I was buying petrol and when i went to pay, this guy that I was friends with in primary school served me. We are both 18 now and i haven't seen him in 5 years. We recognized each other and talked for a couple of minutes about what we are up to. We were really good friends in primary school, and i am still very attracted to him. I can't get him out of my head. I have never had a boyfriend so i am very inexperienced when it comes to things like this.

I want to ask him out but i have no idea how or if he's even interested in me anymore (we use to kiss in primary school).
How can i casually ask him out? Or should i not ask him out at all?

Any advice on the situation would be useful!

Confidence is sexy. If you want to ask him out, do it! The worst that can happen is no worse than the situation now. You still wouldn't have a boyfriend, so what's there to lose?

Can ya find him on FB or myspace? If not go back to the gas station and flirt with him find out if he is single. If he is then go for it and ya never know maybe he will ask you out before you even get the chance to ask him.

i agree with amaranthine, did he look happy to see you, its good you know where he works you can fuel up and flirt up. i would just ask if he is seeing anyone, if hes not just say how good it was to see him again and how it started you thinking, etc its certainly worth a go. he might be hoping you come back in soon. good luck.

If you're really not comfortable just blatantly approaching him in that manner, then just play it off more like you want to hang as friends because you miss him and want to catch up. You'll feel more relaxed about it and there won't be so much pressure. Then if you both spend time together, it'll be fun and carefree, which is the perfect way to get someone to like you.
