Let me start off by saying the Mexican comment made me chuckle lol

Anywho. Your man is not bored of you. But he recognizes that it is unhealthy for a couple to see each other excessively, because it CAN lead to boredom. The deal is that men and women respectively both love the thrill of the chase. Giving your "all" 24/7 may be romantic in theory, but successful relationships are built between people who have personal lives with friends and activities and maintain some independence, but also can have a significant other to spend time with on occasion. Men are attracted to independent women and vice versa. To continue with the cliche's, how can he miss you if you don't go away?

I think you'll both be happier and benefit more from your relationship if you both take time to be yourself and spend time with friends and others doing the things you once did as a single person. Everyone needs to break every once in awhile.
