He's astute. He doesn't give a rats about this place, he had 3 others, I thought I talked him into this one haha.. fool.

He showed absolutely no interest in having a look inside, even though that is what he asked me to arrange for him to do.

He's not trying to get me to go back to the Vendors with his offer... He could have done that over the phone...he knew that I had to give up $3k for this deal....

He had a drink, spoofed himself up, lol to meet me there and paid no attention to the place once there...
So if the business prospects are over, go for it.

What the h&ll do you have to lose?

I agree, give it a shot! Sure, wait a couple of days maybe, you never know if he's going to contact you. But if the business part won't be an issue, go for it. The worst thing he can say is no, in which case he's an idiot anyway

Anyways, 1) I couldn't believe that I said what I did and 2) this is what followed.

I couldn't get into the friggen Unit, the tenants had locked it from the inside, so I tried the front door.

He at this point, was still giving "buying signs", asking what something was in the courtyard area etc.

I laughed, (what could I do?) and said, well you can still see the kitchen through the window... He didn't look, just smiled.
Im sure the "buying signs" was not because of the house rather your deliciousness

He said "sure", so I said, "oi, do you think I'm lying? I'm not" to which he smiled and said, well go chace that one.
This guys fresh, Watch out he may be a pick up artist.... Lmao

I thought it was amusing ( whilst admiring him) that, he was trying to locate this number whilst still talking..
Looks like your attraction for him is growing, from his status symbols to his much simpler idiosyncrasies...

This is like little children on the playground when the boy pushes the girl away and just causes her to like him more. THE GAME NEVER CHANGES!

Ok believe it or not, he is trying to keep your attention and focus on you while he is on the phone, (sign of interest)

He is also teasing which is clearly pointed out by the smile (His smile is a way for him to soften the "shut up" a subconcious gesture of being playful)

It was meant to take up back, what it communicates is that he is not intimidated by you which is attractive. Also It was a flirt your lady intuition was right.

It wuld have been better if he didn't explain it but hey its good enough for me to give him a

        Again, that threw me.

Off course, I said "lets start walking back towards the cars", and I stated " no, because obviously you wanted to see me again". He laughed and said nothing.
He actually did this to guage your interest level. Which you passed nicely when you tested him and repeated it...

His silence was actually a confirmation of "She likes me"

        Which is why he smiled!

So now we are at the driveway, he laughs and tells me "your double parked" , I can't recall what I answered with, a few nerves were happening... lol... and then I made one of those double meanings and said, "well sleep on it"...
Awe someone has the butterflies... haha

Btw. This was more of that playground behavior... Its flirting.

        And, do this tomorrow.

        What's your thoughts ... lol.

Ok the attraction on both of you have been clearly demonstrated!

        You to him
        Him to you

What you have to do is move the conversation from buisness/work to casual... You have to do it soon while the buying temperture is still hot

Dont wait 3 days or so...

Your text is fine, while I would suggest "a cup of something wonderful " instead of dinner...

        Hope this helps

        Live laugh and love

I just had to chuckle reading all this. When I was younger I thought as we got older the game playing would stop, that people must become so mature that they would just be up front and so confident and such. I have friends well into their 70s who are still or once again, in the world of dating and it's the same stuff...attraction, testing and seeing if it will come together.

Even funnier is that when I was younger - I thought adults were infallible.

Now that I'm grown, I just see that a good deal are still a bunch of immature little kids.

Seriously. I couldn't wait to graduate high school 'cause I figured all that stupid drama, games, etc. would be over, or at least dwindle away.

                Alas.... it did not happen.
