Definitely, men usually take longer to figure out they love their SO, so I'd definitely wait for him to say it. You'll know he really means it.
And of course, sometimes when the girl says it first, the guy will respond by saying it -- perhaps a little nervously and not really feeling it yet -- because you put it out there and he doesn't want to upset you.
You know, there is no bigger buzzkill than saying I Love You and getting a different response, or worse, no response...Comment
