She does sound a bit flaky. I'd tell her that you understand she's been hurt, but at the same time, she is kind of playing games with you and that's not fair. She needs to make some kind of decision and at least be respectful enough to not text you and then not respond back. That's just rude in my opinion to do that to anyone.
