"He is very hot, and well.. I'm just normal."

    Thank you for opening!
Ermm.. basicaly there is this guy that i have been speaking to for a while on myspace, but never met before. We met through friends, and YES i know he is real. haha. But i'm scared to meet him, incase he may think im not good enough, looking wise i mean?
    I don't know.
His been eager and asked me to meet him several times, infact.. everytime we speak ? But i keep saying no, and making excuses. But I'm thinking to go and see him this week.
    What do you think?
He is very very very hot, and well.. I'm just normal.
The funny thing is that i know there prob is not much to him, he likes to party, drink, have sex, and i dont really do any of those things.
I know he is bad news, but still when i go on myspace i look for him?
    WTF is wrong with me

I will really apperciate any feedback..
    I'm just a little confused...

Wow, so there is way more involved in this than just the whole "he's hot and i am not". Just to clarify, i am a guy. I get so frustrated with the types of girls who go against their better judgement and go looking for guys who (as you have already stated) are "bad news". You have that radar for a reason. Your gut instinct is a good tool that lot's of people often ignore. Stop trying to rationalize why you should look for him and start listening to what your gut is telling you. If your gut is telling you he is bad news, STEER CLEAR, love. You sound like a kindhearted (and possibly a tad naive) young lady. I would absolutely hate to see you taken advantage of. I can understand you being attracted to him or whatever but please understand that most (not ALL but an extremely large portion) guys who pick up girls on myspace...especially ones who are the bad boy type, are looking for just another lay. If you are so sure about wanting to meet him and see what he is like, at least consider this:

    1) go with friends. Do not meet at either homes or in private. Have him come see a movie with you and your friends or something like that
    2) don't don't don't do ANYTHING you aren'tcomfortable with
    3) If and when you do meet him, you will see if he is a real man and will be attracted to you for who YOU are and not what he wants you to be. If you meet him and he doesn't think you are attractive enough then leave and never ever feel bad about yourself. He is obviously just a jerk who cares about one thing...

        Ahhh.
I can not thank you enough for replying!
        You're right.
        I don't know.
I guess it's one of those things, where you want what you possibly can't have.
And you know it is no good for you anyways.
I was planning to go to his house ?
        Soo...
        I take it that's a reall bad idea ?

I cannot stress enough how bad of an idea that is. Please realize i have nothing to gain by steering you wrongly..Honestly at this point i think you realize you probably just shouldnt even meet him and know he is bad news. But i am begging you, if you MUST meet him..don't don't don't do it privately. If you don't want your friends to tag along, just go meet him at a coffee shop or something. You're making me worried for you You shouldn't do that to me

VERY bad idea. For Jimmineys sake, don't you think you at least deserve a freaking date before you get hosed.

You should listen to him, even though he's a newbie , he has some really good advice.

                AHHHH!
I'm sooo glad i considered 'googling' my dilema on the internet!
Imagen if i didn't even search this, and i never came to this website!
                !

You know what the funny thing was..
I did not mention nothing to my friends, cause i thought to myself, if i did, and i met him, and he thought i wasn't good enough, that would be embaressing..

So i should rearrange the placee we are going to meet.. ?

thank you guys for the responce BTW!

Absolutely rearrange your meeting place. Like i said, just meet somewhere public. I understand about not wanting your friends to be there. Here is a good indicator for you: If you ask him to meet you out for coffee or dinner instead of at his house, and he gets ****y about it..There's your sign right there. Thats when the block button should be pressed

Hmmmmm.. But what do you think he wants? I mean the reason why i asssumed he wanted to meet at his place was because, londons weather is very bad, raining and stuff.. So we thought it would be easier to go to his house, or he was going to come mine... Hmmm. Bad idea i take it ?
