I'm afraid that this is a public forum, so if you told him about it, he gets to read it. If you are posting personal things about him, I can see how that would bother him. The other readers don't know you or him, but HE does. He may think that it would be obvious to his friends who his is if they read the posts.

You have not violated his privacy. You have posted no pictures of him, you have not given his name, his email address, his home address, his job... nothing that would at all reveal to any reader who the person is you have spoken of occasionally.
He on the other hand, if he comes here and reveals your name, your job, posts pictures of you, your email address or address, phone number etc anything that would identify you those posts will be deleted and he will be banned.
If he comes here and is verbally abusive, he will be banned.
So basically you have no fear in him posting here other than being annoyed by his childish tactics should he exhibit them... but the moderators of this forum will not allow for you to be harassed here.
You do have a point about seeing true colors during a break up, sometimes people show their nature when they have nothing to lose... but also sometimes people are so blinded by hurt and anger they react in a way that they normally would not ever so its really hard to gauge if thats who they were all along... or who they became once they realized they lost you.Scars remind us of where we've been...they don't have to dictate where we're going.Comment

I wouldnt say you violated his privacy, but on the other hand, looking at it from his own point of view, he is upset. I imagine how i would feel if i stumbled upon a forum where my bf was writing things about the relationship, i would definitely get angry! But i wouldnt say thats violating privacy, as long as you didnt mention names.
We are more than one thousand people here at WH from different countries, and its not like you have his picture on your profile, so we practically know nothing about him.
so while you didnt violate his privacy, i would also say, understand his anger......

Yes, I understand he is very hurt and upset right now. I am too really. I miss him, and I loved him very much. He isn't a "bad" guy, I just saw things in him I don't feel like I can live with. I'm not too worried about him posting things about me, but I am now worried about him reading all my posts. He now says he made that up to hurt me. Now, I'm not sure which makes me angrier, him violating my trust, or flat out lying to get me back. I am just mentally exhausted over this whole ordeal. Guess I'll go read others issues to take my mind off now.
