You're absolutely right about everything. We have already established that we are not sleeping with anyone else and he has told me that he is not interested in other girls. His family and friends know about me, and I have met one of his brothers that recently visited from another state, as well as his mom and other siblings are aware of who I am. As far as other people calling, he has mentioned he is with me, and he does introduce me to other friends by my first name only. No label. We are sexually active. We also met in March this year. It took about 5 months to be what we are, and that is exclusive. Before his trip, like I said, we talked about the two of us only seeing each other, so while he was away, I didn't meet any new guys. I do feel we have known each other long enough but the other issue we have is he's never been in a long term relationship since he was in High School. So he may also be a little skeptical about that. As far as space is involved. I believe people who are in a dating relationship, should not be together everyday nor have to talk on a daily basis. I know how he feels about me and he knows how I feel about him. I think i should wait for him to pursue the matte also. I just don't know how long I should wait before I realize that this is not going anywhere and do I want to be with a guy who really only sees me as an option. What is your perspective?

I'm guessing you were probably angry initially for him not contacting you for two weeks. You have every right to be angry about that. However, you must accept that he does not reciprocate these strong emotions towards you. Texting him in regards to him not 'fighting for you' or you have 'proof that he doesn't feel the same way' is extremely manipulative. Of course he doesn't feel the same way. He already proved that to you. You were attempting to elicit an emotional response from him (namely pity) to get him to see you again. You deserve so much more than this. You are a valuable human being and you are worthwhile and deserved to be loved in a healthy way. You deserve to love people in a healthy way. I would suggest seeking therapy. I doubt this is the first time you've exhibited these behaviors.

NO irrational at all girl!!! Men tell and and promise things they can't really keep!!! Promises they won't meet other girls, promises they will send messages, that they will be loyal and all that ... In my opinion since they get themselves into this situation of promising and explaining, they stop being real and honest... and the worst when you ask them why they didn't send a message or something like that, they will blame the girl for overreacting and blah blah blah...
You should stop sending him any msgs and i am sure he will contact you...and probably tell you how he really feels!
I am talking through personal experience unfortunately...
Anyway hang on and don't feel bad about your actions!
