    Ladies, I need help :(

Hi, I am 23 and I am from Toronto, Canada. I thought I would come here for help since I could use some about now.

I am a virgin, never had a girlfriend, and I've actually never kissed a girl. It's up to the point where I've pretty depressed about lately, and not too sure what to do here. I used to be very shy, and didn't have a lot of friends, wasn't outgoing, and really skinny like 120 lbs. I've changed a lot in the last couple of years, and I'll list some of my qualities:

    - Finished school
    - Got a well paying corporate job
    - I have my own car
    - Been going to the gym for a year now, got pretty muscular around 190 lbs now.
    - I eat healthy, and haven't been sick in years.
    - I dress nice
    - I don't drink, smoke, or do any kind of drugs.
    - I have a good hygiene, and get my teeth cleaned every few months.
    - I get a hair cut almost every month, and keep it short/faded and simple.
    - I have made a lot friends and started going out a lot.
    - I am really nice, get along with everyone easily, and make them laugh.

As for girls, it's easy to talk to once I know them. The last girl I really liked ended up getting friend zoned, which sucks because we got along really well. Other past experiences aren't that great, I was just used by them.

Finally, I am not too sure what to do or how to approach or meet new girls, and it's starting to bother me. I haven't talked to anyone about this, and even my friends don't know anything about this, and it's pretty embrassing so I've never mentioned it.

Thanks for any advice and/help in advanced.

What do you like to do? What are your hobbies? Are there any groups in your area that interest you? You want to meet someone who likes you for you, so don't change yourself to attract a girl. Are you confident in yourself? Women can smell this a mile away. We want someone who can handle themselves and their lives, who are confident in themselves and that can hold a conversation without appearing to be struggling to find the next word to say.

Get out and find groups that have the same interests... If you run, join a running club. If you like to cook, think about taking some cooking classes. If you like to bike, go to one of your local bike shops and look when they have group rides.

      You're a good catch

23 and achieved a great career, have your own car and focused in life, on what's important financial stability.

I gather you started going to the gym a year ago to bulk up, feeling that you needed to in order to attract a woman? Then your viewing this as a "bad boy image" and feel your too in-secure, soft, sweet and won't find anyone.

Truth is, yes, young girls go for bad boys, they like the un-known, they like the fact they got him no one else, makes them feel beautiful, yet, in reality, they are the ones in-secure.

Be you, never change, you've done your time, work wise, and your on the road of success...Just be you and mingle more and more, be confident and show it....Make yourself a list, of what you want in life, where she fits in what you want in core values, morals, qualities (not looks) and as you mingle and talk, you will see those morals, core values, some same interests, so look her in the eyes, smile and keep talking to her.
