I need help!!!!!!!!!!
Im 13 and I have a boyfriend.... I know most people think it's too young but all my friends have boyfriends too. Anyways I'm having boy trouble. I've been dating my boyfriend for 5 months now and we never have really connected. I mean we sit by each other at lunch and he's come to my house a few times to hang out but those were parties. He hardly ever texts me and we walk in the halls and most times it's in silence. I've never kissed him but we have hugged. Another thing is that he doesn't seem to want to hold my hand. He's argued with my friends before about it and I was sitting right there... I mean way to make a girl feel like . My friends have tried talking to him and so have his friends and whenever i bring it up he changes the subject. I love him but I just don't it to be this way. At a school basketball game his friend and him came and sat by me and my friends and while my boyfriend went to go get popcorn he said I would have to make the first move. Later I texted him and asked him what he meant and he said that he wants me to ask him to hold my hand but I don't believe in the girl making the first move. I asked him why he wont and he said he didnt know why I mean is he playing hard to get or does he just not want to. I mean I understand I'm his first girlfriend but can't he at least make and effort... I've tried so much and nothing is working. WHAT SHOULD I DO?!?! -
If you really want to stay with this boy you may just have to get over your idea that the boy has to initiate everything. They are just as shy and clumsy and nervous about these things as girls are. They aren't born knowing how to kiss or any of that. There is nothing wrong with taking it slow. You may not feel like it but you have sooooooo much time ahead of you in life. Why not just relax and have fun with him and take the pressure off of both of you?Comment
