Maybe he thinks, you may think he is too young...

Are you sure he is single?

Be bold, ask him out for a coffee, " you so make me laugh, why don't we catch up for a coffee, or a drink later?"...Smiling...

I was 44, separated, I asked my Fiance out, well I gave him my business card and said "call me", he did, the rest is history

there could be a million+ reasons why he hasn't asked you out. Just cuz you have good laughs doesn't mean he's attracted to you. maybe he's just friendly! maybe he's been burned by all the women out that that's given him mixed signals that he doesn't know what's flirting for friendliness?

gotta take the plunge and ask HIM out. "it's just that easy folks"

See the thing is Bec, you never know unless you do, and if it turns out that he just likes your sense of humor he will see you as an ascertive woman, one who knows what she wants, and how to get it and he will also feel honored, so regardless of what happens, more power to you
