should I tell a girl I like how I feel about her?

    Hello,

there is a girl that I was first interested in and that I now like very much. I'm not sure if I've ever liked someone as much as I do her. She is one of my best friends cousin. I've known her for about 3 months. She was in a relationship for a little over a year which ended 2 days ago. She said the reason why she broke up with him is because he was too distant. She has decided to move away to place which is far from the city we live in now to be with one of her best friends for a indeterminate amount of time, in about 2 weeks. Should I tell her how I feel about her before she moves away or should I let her make the move if she's ever interested? It may be obvious that I have these feelings for her.

I'm sorry that I'm posting this on "womens health". It's just that the people here seem to be kind and knowledgable. I'd like a female's perspective. thanks!

Why not? More guys should speak up (nice ones are often shy) but don't b too full on if she's only just single. U could end up being a rebound and if u like her alot u don't want that. Just tell her you think she's a great person and Youve had feelings for a while and u want to spend more time with her etc. The worse thing that can happen is she's not into you but better that then never knowing right? Good luck. If you are open and honest and have alot to give then either way you'll end up with someone who appreciates you
If I knew where I was going I would already be there
I wish I had more time. Judicious, beautiful, augmented, whatever.
I've always been afraid to die, but I think I'm more afraid to live. (BC, SP)

I think you should tell her how you feel, but don't expect her to jump on over to you as she just came out of a relationship. You may want to keep in touch with her if she moves out of genuine care and maybe she will see that and start to consider you. I wish more people told me how they feel- it makes life easier not to have to guess all the time.

Don't come on too strong, you may even just want to take her out and just have a good time without any pressure and then tell her how you feel if your outing goes well and you guys hit it off.

im not sure. Ive been in the position where i have just split up with a boyfriend and someone comes in trying to take there place so to speak. From my own experience of this, keep her close - texting/emailing etc, but give her time. Also, you dont want to be her rebound as the only person being hurt will be you.

With her just coming off a relationship that's a hrd one. I will say this tho, after reconnecting with some friends from high school 20yrs later, all of them said the same thing. They would have gone out with me in a heartbeat, if only I had asked. You can make it known to her you have feelings for her and are interested and depending on her responce, let her know its on her time and her terms if she is interested as well.
