Definition of a player- in your opinon

This question stems from another thread, but I found it very interesting that people have different definitions of what a "player" is. What would your definition of a player be? Any examples from a personal stand point?

    Oh dear, "clap" applause geez....

The amount of times I can recall throughout my life either with me, or friends, the good ole "says he genuinely wants a relationship" to then turning it around after sex, to, I don't know if I am actually really ready for a relationship - bye.

Maybe one key? Is if they remember all conversations, hang onto every word... Then there has to be genuiness surely... A player won't do that, too much concentration he's/her aim is to win the prize with words...not listening...

Interesting. I've found the typical "player" around here flirts with you, fills you with sweet talk, makes you float on cloud 9 until he's got your wrapped around his pinky...sleeps with you and CYA LATER! Or...this guys does those exact same things and puts in a great amount of effort and you feel "Wow, this guy is great. I am going to take it slow with him and not jump in the sack too quickly because he's 'special' to me" and then you catch him doing this with another woman and you don't exist to him again until he has no one else.
