Well you know what he likes better than anyone. Has he ever hinted at something he would really like. There are so many possibilities, and people are so different. Maybe if you could describe some of the things you know he likes.

Organise something that he'd been talking about for ages which he was never really actually going to do, like fly a plane or jump out of one, or whatever. Something which purely indulges (childish) fantasy, something that's just for him. Something which he might even need some goading into, be the strength to make him do what he wants to do. That's my non-sexual answer, as something like that is remembered for longer than a decent shag.

As for physically - where could you start with all the answers? Group sex, public sex, s&m if you haven't already tried that, if you dont swallow - swallow, anal, swinging, dress him up as a baby and make him soil himself in a nappy (hehe), get some insanely sexy clothes blah blah blah.
