Well I suggest you take the advice of your other Thread, first and start talking to her about outside interests, see what you may have in common, just bring subjects up, if it's nice weather and she says yes it is, you say something along the lines of, so do you like being by the sea, or river in weather like this.
I wouldn't ask her out on a date, until you've started communicating about things outside of work and start raising some laughs and even a little flirting.
