    He cheated on me!

Chandler... Dang you! You make me think that we really have something and look what happens. It's alright.

Yesterday I had a weird feeling all day about my boyfriend. He was quiet during the day and then when I finally got a text from him (almost 9 pm his time) he said, "Sleeping. I'm ok." It just didn't seem right to me.

Today he text me and said, "I did something really bad yesterday." I asked him what that was and he said, "I got drunk and slept with Tracy."

    Hey, do you remember her?

That's the woman he lied about texting that night.
    His co worker.
    The woman he helped move.

Obviously I was right when I freaked about him talking to her and lying about it. I knew... I just knew.

Now, I don't know what to do.
    What do I do?

    Ahhhh don't tell me offf!!!!!

Well I don't think he's a smooth operator and has used you, he says/ said some really nice things about you, obviously has feelings, so me not wrong on how he was with you....

However, why tell you about Tracy? Unless, he wants forgiveness and really didn't mean it and wants to stay with you:-

    Or:-

Is saying it to break up, this is a question you need to ask him, "why did you tell me?".. see what he answers with.

I think in one of my posts i said that women, manipulate men, and i don't think i agreed with her contacting him at 11pm at night, wasn't worried about him but I was about her, some women just don't care at all who they take, if they want something.. She is a classic example.

Obviously she had her claws out right from word go..

So ask him " so now that you have, what do you want?"..

There is no excuse for cheating and I know what you think about that word....

    I am so sorry sweet...

If he says he told you because he loves you and couldn't hide it from you and that she just kept in his face, and flirted, it will at least give you comfort but, I don't know if i would stay.

    Again, sorry sweet..

You had a gut feeling about his commitment to the relationship for a while now, from the dating site thing and say hi to that pretend girl etc. Like I said before sometimes our guts our wrong wrong wrong - and obviously... sometimes they are not. I am sorry for the hurt you are going through.

I don't really buy into the vixen took advantage of him scenerio. She is not a nice person for pushing things with a man in a relationship but lets face it, thats what women do. I know women that do that even if they dont want the guy... they see a guy in a happy relationship and want to get in the middle and make the guy want them just for pure entertainment and ego boosting. Its disgusting.

And guys.. well they can be idiots and a lot of them don't see that they are a pawn sometimes giving up something good trying to get something different and finding it wasn't all it was hoped to be.

I think you are going to have to decide if the qualities he has that make you happy override the qualities he has that break your heart and see what is going to bring you more happiness vs more hurt and go from there.
Scars remind us of where we've been...they don't have to dictate where we're going.

The coward hasn't spoken to me since the morning he told me.
        It's definitely over with him.
        No excuses.

I just wish this didn't break my heart.
I wish I could stop crying.
I wish I hadn't gotten drunk last night.

He may be giving you space, a bit gutless persay. It's been 24hrs.

But, he should not have... because... he would know exactly what you are going through.

Again I am sorry, hope your hangover isn't too bad.

Nothing we can say, you know that there is someone better out there, so I can only say good for you " no excuses" that is obviously your decision and so stick with it....

          The pain will go away...

I'm really sorry to hear about that, I agree with CW though, and Hopeless. Find out why he told you and what his intentions are and whether the good outweighs the bad and if things can be salvaged. Be strong and know that we are here to listen and support, of course.

You can't dump it all at her doorstep. It takes two and he was a willing participant. Even if you were to decide that there is some possiblity of salvaging it, I'd say walk. If he wants another chance, tell him you think he needs time to decide what he wants and you are going to give it to him. You aren't going to sit and twiddle your thumbs while he figures it out.

Go have a good cry, a good scream and then go have some fun. You loved. you learned, you can move onward and upward in your journey.

He did it because he was drunk and horny.
                Awesome, huh?

He told me because I deserve honesty.
                Right...

I don't want to talk about this anymore.
                Thanks all.
