god its getting hard.. now turns out another bill wasn't paid by him and well i paid it (that or lose phone lines) and now i don't have the funds to leave that weekend... and he has me wore down... whining crying...begging and pleading saying his 2 yr old loves me as does his parents i so wish someone would just make "things" disappear.. if it were only that easy.. i can't afford to take off on a moments notice or have the police at my door. i can't deal with the drama... i could just kick my own for being so naive. sorry for the ranting ppl.

So, there was a hurdle with plan (A), now formulate plan B.. You may need to get away and breathe and so you planned something that would be "me time", now you can't afford that, so Plan B maybe staying with Dad for the weekend and just having family time, this time...

The whining/crying/begging/emotional blackmail pertaining to his 2 year old parents, we already told you he would do that, stay tough woman, lol.

It is easy, go ahead with the plan, the locks, Dad attending, you going to Dad's house, and if there is Drama, it's once off and pfttt gone, so be it...

We all have naiveness in us, the fact is he will move on to the next Victim and you will no longer be a Victim, remember that.

tks.. chandler .. made me feel much better and i did come up with plan B.. i found the money somewhere and am still going to my parents....on again off again...he is going to see an apartment tonight.. hopefully he takes it.. anyway..

Well that's terrific, and so long to wait, geez, June/July/August.

Keep an eye on expenses sweet over that time, ensure things are only in your name and take the phone off the wall, carry it in your purse and plug it in only when you need to use it, I can just see over 3 months another unexpected bill and more money for you to find otherwise.

Make sure he did take that apartment as well and I would ring and enquire about that particular aparment to ensure that you are told, sorry it's been let.. If so, I would ask oh I really liked the look of that one, just out of curiousity, when was the move in date immediately? Make sure that you hear, "no, September", just in case huh.

And, by doing this, you know that come that time you have to ensure that your around and others, so that things aren't taken from your place and put into his as he has no furniture and money, etc.

I know playing detective here call it intuition.

I manage property, we don't hold anything, we rent to the first qualified individual, There is no way to predict what will be available that far ahead. I would question this very closely.
