hi chandler i did just that .. i called the same apartment and asked about it and the lady told me that its already spoken for, so i said oh must have been my friend so and so, i told him about it too..she said yes it was him and he moves in sept. I asked why so late if its already empty she said that her mother in law lived in the apartment and has since moved to a retirement home so they want to paint it but she first has to go away on business and the husband has to go away to see family for a month...so after that i was little releived. She was a very nice lady and even asked if i was going to be stopping by with him to see the place again. i said eventually maybe down the line but not till then. So Sept is not that far off...keeping myself busy with my own life...i mean my daughter graduates gr 8 in two weeks.. so quick.. and before i know it september will be here.
as for moving in with is estranged wife.. she won't take him back, she has a boyfriend already or so she says.
Wildchild - the apartment he rented is a basement apartment in a town house a couple were trying to rent....i'm not balking on payment wise he was told by several ppl now including myself and dad that if he is not set to move by then that he was being forceably removed by the police. I have 3 different ppl in my apartment building who are police and said they would be happy to help me, after i told them the story. so now he is of course on so called best behaviour till then and always asking if we can try to date again after he moves out lol lol.the nerve lol. i told him if i'm not busy maybe... but between two kids their activities, my work, my apartment, my family and of course Myself.... if i have time maybe we can see a movie or something...but nothing till then...and like a child who just had their teddy taken away he sulked and said fine. before i met him i was always on the go..with friends kids family, and my apartment was immaculate.. well it def slipped in areas since he has been around and now i am finally getting back on track, that way and money wise...i have a cell i keep with me at all time...discontinued internet and home phone, only have bare bare cable (so i don't go crazy on the nights/days i am at home. And gave electric and gas strict instructions on who can and cannot access my accounts....so finally i'm breathing sloowly but surely again.
so i thank everyone for the thoughts, comments and advice.. it helps me out more than you can imagine....i will keep you updated on the progress and hopefully after all this is over i can help someone else out on here. Feel kinda of a hypochrite giving advice to someone else when i have hard enough time handling my own lol lol.
