You know what you want - that IS a very good sign you are maturing. Way to go, Linds! I am proud of you. Now, the dreadful reality: we both know that it is very hard to get over this hunk, right? So, that being said, ending the relationship would be a huge challenge, BUT better do it now and suffer now. You can move on, knowing TIME would heal it, than wait for later, when it is too late and harder to recover.

I'd say, NEXT! You are very attractive and smart. It won't be difficult for you to find someone. Either men (Marty nor Jared) seem to have issues and you don't want to deal with those. So, be on your own for now. You will be happier.

    Take care.

      Thanks Cat.

It's true... He is going to be very hard to get over but I've done this with him once and I can do it again. It just sucks... He broke my heart in April and then everything worked back out and now it's October and he's broken it a second time. I guess the second time won't be as hard though. It's like an earthquake... The first time was the quake, this time it's the tremors, the aftershock. I lived the first time, I'll live this time.

That's the heart you need to have. Keep it going, sweet. Do you want a copy of a book I have? I can send it to you if you want (e-book). Just to keep you busy. I am currently reading it as well.

It's hard... Especially tonight. We talked today and he said that he would call me tonight. I told him that he didn't have to because I knew he was going to a reception. He said that even if he went that he would call. He never did. I feel crushed but I should have known that he really wouldn't. I'm trying to stay upbeat but it's not working that great. I'm depressed and I just want to sleep but I know if I try, I won't be able to.

You know what? That would be great. Please do send that. Thank you.

This forum is my anti-depressant. I freaked out when it went down. lol.

Does angry music help you vent? (no, not tonight - whatever your time is.)

I read about your panic attack, that is tough. Have you programmed your phone for ICE (in case of emergency)? Do so. You are on your own, right?

Yoga should help, sign up for it, or do it on your own though a DVD.

            Take care sweetie.

Sometimes it works for me but sometimes being here doesn't work at all. It depends on my level of depression and also, who is on.

Yes... Angry music does help but then again it depends too on the level of my depression.

I have done Yoga. Should do it more.

No, I haven't programmed that into my phone.

Yoga helps you to relax, and so does Tai Chi. I also read about Buddhist idealogies and it helps me tons. Look for books by Pema Chodron or Deepak Chopra. These writers teach the art of meditaion, relaxation, living in the present and letting go of your negative energy.
