Girls if you only knew my mother..lol and knew my family..lol
I have thought about that myself only because i'm not the one to just sit back and be picked apart kindly or not! LOL Him and I have often wondered what would happen if our mothers met...my mother is west indian and not always the nicest person or sweetest apple on the tree. I'm used to it and can also spit it when necessary.....hmmm maybe thats the reason.
However I can tell you he calls her when he picks me up to let her know he reached, he does A LOT of things for her since he is her only child and his father is in east giblip (my way of saying far far far away)

i have a friend who sounds very similar to your boyfriend, she lives with her widowed mother, and although financially independent (she is 39 years old) seems to be heavily reliant on her. for example it seems she can do little without running it past her mum, and she will change it if her mum doesnt seem happy about it. for as long as i have known her she has been unhappy in her dead end job, but it is the only one available in the town she lives in, so she sticks at it. she tells me her mum is a saint, and i am happy she thinks so highly of her but i dont know some people though officially adults dont seem to be emotionally if you know what i mean.Comment

i recently broke up with a guy i dated for almost a year and a half. he never introduced me to his mom and i told him a couple of times how concerned i am about this. he said he didn't want his mother to complicate things, that she has this way of stirring things up and making it difficult for him and his past gfs. i realized later on that he was just not into me. his ex fiance (before me) met his mom 2 months into their relationship when they got engaged. so if a guy doesnt bring you to meet his folks, it only means one thing - he is not sure about you and is not so into you either. that's the paiful reality.Comment
