Relationship problems
So my boyfriend and I have been dating for almost 6 years now. I met him when I was 18. He is my first everything. We are really compatible together and I love him so much. We recently just moved in together. However, when I was 21 I got pregnant, I was especially upset about his because I was using birth control. I kept feeling like an innocent person in jail. We both decided that we just weren't ready to have a baby. So I had an abortion. It basically turned my world black. I've turned into this cold angry person. I am so negative. It's like I get upset over everything little thing, because I am upset about what happened. My boyfriend told me he wished I was the person I used to be. It's like everything he does makes me angry, even when he's really trying to make me happy. Sometimes I can't even believe he stays with me. I really put him down. I call him names and most of the time I'm yelling at him. Everything everyone does makes me mad. I have even lost all my friends, because no one wants to be around me. I keep everything inside and then I explode on people. I try to be positive, but it never works. I went to a therapist. I even was on anti depressants for a little while, but realized that was making me even more crazy. I don't know what to do. I want to be that carefree happy girl I used to be. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. -
I suspect that you are not coping with the decision that you made, that sub-consciously, it's affecting you.I keep everything inside
Your keeping that inside, instead of letting it go....
I believe this is what is making you mad, angry, it wasn't fair, you were on birth control, yet you had to make a decision and that's not fair, you were doing it all the right way...
You may have missed a couple of pills, but nature doesn't have rules, things happen.
Let it go... breathe... and tell yourself it's okay.... you can't bottle this up inside it's eating at you.
Re-visit the therapist or a hypnotherapist to let it all out, let it all go....
You deserve to be the person you were.
Your friends, your boyfriend need the person you were and you need her as well.

I am so sorry that you feel this way, but it is a good sign that you at least realize it and are looking for help.
I know that having the abortion can be a traumatic experience for some people. what specifically about that has turned you into a cold and negative person?
I am also wondering if that is the only reason your world has turned black, and whether or not there are other things going on.Comment
