Hi everyone
its always boy trouble for us girls eh!! lol

ok so me and this bloke have been seeing each other for a few months now but we dont talk that much through the week as he has loads of uni work to do which is understandable... so i let him have his space and when i text i dont hear anything from him until a few hours later.. or maybe nothing at all
(VERY ANNOYING)
Anyway we were supposed to meet up last weekend but i never heard anything hinting if he wanted to meet up i asked him and he said he is going out with his mates and hope thats ok?.. so i said ok ill be out with mine then..
Throughout the night he texts me asking how things are going i said fine how about you he said his friend cancelled on him so he was on his own..

the next day he said we will definatly meet up next weekend..
soo.. this weekend now i messaged him friday asking if he wanted to and he said he will let me know through the saturday day beucase he has loads of work I didnt reply after that..
He only texted me at half nine at night saying sorry for not messaging sooner etc...

Is this a obvious way of him trying to not see each other much more beucase hes thinking im just a friend and hes moving soon?! or do you think he is generallly busy??

im just sooo confused on where i stand with him...

He seems to be the confused one and doesn't know what he wants. Too many "I'm sorry's" is rarely a coincidence. He's a student who hangs out with friends, he can't be THAT busy.
He could like you be seems boring, to be honest...

I wouldn't sweat it. Sort of sounds like he's blowing you off. Why keep asking you to do something then never following through? I think I'd not contact him for a while, and be sure to continue dating other guys.

If i was you id hold off the texting. seems like you've been doing the running for far to long - maybe its time he should send you a few texts off the cuff, and HE should ask to meet up with you instead of you instigating it all the time.

Id back off for a bit. Let him contact you.

I've made excuses for LOTS of guys before. It's especially easy to do when you like someone or maybe you've had great dates in the past. The fact is that if someone *wants* to see you, they will make time to see you... It seems like he's just not that into you...

I'd definitely start seeing what my other options are and not text him first anymore... Maybe he is busy but if that is the case, he's going to have to figure out a way to make time for you too... Either way, I'd toss the ball into his court, and not wait around on him anymore. Good luck

I'm not saying to totally disregard him. What I do think you should do is not contact him and see how long it takes him to contact you. I did that once with a guy I dated and he never contacted me. I literally mean never.

No matter how busy you are, if you dating someone, at some point in 3-4 days, you will think, hmmm, I haven't talked to _______. If he hasn't made an effort when you haven't talked to him for a week...probably a pretty good sign. Men aren't that complicated unfortunately.

I read your previous posts about him moving in a few months... I think that makes it seem even more like he's trying to get himself some distance for a clean break. A couple of hours isn't that far, but if you're having issues when he's already close by, it's not going to get better when he moves.

Exactly if im already having problems with talking or meeting up with him when hes like a hour away.. god knows how it will be when he has his new job working stupid long unsociable hours and me working, I think maybe i should just let it go..
I suppose it will be easier when he goes...

Just a update.
I still haven't heard anything from him,its been 5 days,,, I understand he can be busy but he could of had the decencey to message me in the day to let me know if he was still busy.. OR even just to tell me he is just not intrested.
All i want is him to tell me what he wants.. I know what he does want but i would rather him tell me so i know im not fooling myself..
Any ideas on what i can do?
