I agree with sourpuss. Do things you enjoy that give you a chance to meet people. Here I really mean PEOPLE, not MEN. Make friends, have fun. This will do two things for you. First as you meet people, even if they are not themselves available or what you are looking for, they may have friends who are. Second: the happier you are the more desirable you are.Comment

Have any hobbies?
Get online and search for forums (like this one) for various hobbies that you enjoy. If you don't have many hobbies...then find one that you'd enjoy.
For example - a hobby that has both men/women in it...hiking, biking, etc. Find a forum for hiking & biking or a local bicycle / hiking club. People get together to hike & bike together and its a great way to meet new folks with similar interests.
I met my husband back in 1990 - before the internet was born - we were both on a local cybernet forum. The group had meetings & parties.
What kind of car do you drive? THere's usually a forum or interest group for every type of car..... and you know, there are LOTS of guys who are automotive enthusiasts.Comment
