If I may just to be even more cautious about moving things too fast to where you'd like it to be.
I don't think many know how his thought processes have been when he wasn't sure if he was positive or not but now that he knows he's negative, does he have to re-program himself for certain things?
He may need a little time to let this sink in. I would maybe take things a little slow at first, let him drive the train for a bit.Comment

Pretzel - most definitely. Well if it were me, I'd think many things would change in my mind knowing I was negative. We talked about it Saturday night and I asked him if he felt different etc. He said of course he's relieved, and is looking towards his future now as far as advancing in his job to where before to some extent he felt held back. He feels much more positive about his future now and about what he's capable of.
You don't have to worry about me moving too fast. A snail would outrun me where relationships are concerned.
