    Boyfriend help

My bf is a total workaholic he is a fireman own his own buisness and works a contractor job. We obviously don't get enough time together but I would like some different ideas on how to spice things up when we do get to spend the time we have.

Help us out here... What kind of time do you get together and what do you do with it?

    Do you live together?

Do you have kids, together, separately, not at all?

When you say spice things up I take that to mean sexually - in what way is it not spicy at the moment?

Also what is your schedule and life like? How much flexibility do you have?

How about pack a picnic lunch and meet him at his work?

Well, he says that our sex life is great to him and nothing needs to be added. So, I guess I mean spice it up by some spontaneous sweet things I can do for him. Our time is very limited because when hes on at the firestation its for 24 hours and most times right after he leaves the station he goes to the contractor fireman job at mercedes and works a 12 hour shift sometime 24 hour shift. My job is very flexible so i do have the time. But mainly the only time we have is when he stoips by my house in the mornings to see me and my daughter off to work and school before he goes to the second job or he stops by for maybe two hours if he can at night before heading to work. Some weeks we may get to spend a full day together but its not much and he had a point that I just have to be patient with him and cherish the time we have. I just really want advice on some small things that I can do that would mean a whole lot to show him I appreciate him taking the time that he can

Why does he work so much? Is he supporting other family remembers. It is a great attribute but sounds like he needs to slow down (it will catch up to him health-wise eventually). The two of you need to have a good chat on the subject.

My dad was a fireman, it doesn't pay as good as you would think and it's swing shift work, so there's a lot of time to have another side job. Which, you need, because it doesn't pay much. So I understand the guy's schedule.

Well, he also is trying to use the extra income to build his rental properties up and he says that he is trying to make amends now and do what he has to do to secure us in the future so that he want have to work so hard in a few more years. He has started dedicating more time with me when he is off. Yeah I have talked to him about it all catching up with him if he doesn't slow down. But he doesn't listen

Also, Sourpuss it just depends on what state and what city you work in. For the most part you right it does give them ample other time to do other jobs.

You said bf. How does his building up his portfolio secure you in any way unless you have a legal contract, such as marriage? Is he giving you partial ownership?
