I know it's a (edit) relationship to be in. i just find it hard to get out of it. I don't have many friends and find myself spending time with him more often than not.

Then spend time with yourself. It's better than spending time with any of these people. He's not sleeping with her because he feels sorry for her, so quit believing that line. You deserve better.

So your settling... He's making excuses. He doesn't want anything long term let alone another child.. He's a drifter and you want security... I agree with sourpuss.

It's time for you to stop wasting your time, your trying to change someone who can't change to meet your needs and in addition, you don't believe your worth more, yet you are.

Work on yourself... you deserve better.
