I have a pretty big jealously problem. Has your partner given you reason to be? Mine has.
I am paranoid because I am insecure- I have pretty serious abandonment issues so I am always worried he is going to leave even when there is no reason to think this... most of the time. We did have a pretty serious fight yesterday and he told me he couldn't/wouldn't help me because it interfered with his day; I basically saw that as abandonment. Obviously that was pretty upsetting and unsettling...

My husband left for 6 weeks earlier this year, so I now find it harder to trust him than it was before. He doesn't understand why anything should have changed, as he moved back and everything is the same.

I find there is no reason to be jealous or paranoid unless your partner gives you a reason to be. I always fully trust until I'm shown that I shouldn't. Did your partner give you a reason to question him?
