Well i like this guy very much. I met him through my x-friend. The first time we met we got into a fight. Since then we have been flirting back and forth non stop. He has held me, picked me up, told me he likes me, and called me cute and adorable. We have also cuddled already. I told him i loved him a couple of weeks ago. A week after i told him that he told me he likes me. I dont know if he really likes me or if he's just saying that to make me feel better. The reason i think that is because i asked him if he really liked me or not and he said "your cute whenever im not getting b'ed at" he said it in a rude tone to. Also, he has a girlfriend. He always sticks up for her instead of me. For example, the one day me and my friend were walking past him and i said "hey" to him and she started to flip out and she smacked me and then walked away. He just held her and then whenever she came over to me he let her go. Then the next day he said "I tried to hold her back. I was going to handle it and she just took over". Then another time we were flirting alot at one of our schools games. He was holding me, and we were cuddling, and he had his arm around me and stuff like that. Then the next day he blames it all on me and says it was all my fault. He was the one who held me first, he was the one who came over and put his arm around me, he was the one who started cuddling first. Then he dint even try to stick up for me. Now, in the past couple of days he has been flirting with me so much. He called me cute and adorable, and pretty much asked me out. He still has a girlfriend though. Well i was just wandering.. does it sound like he likes me??? If it sounds like he does what should i do?? If it sounds like he doesnt what should i do??

Hi Sammy...

It sounds like you have a crush on this boy, he's making you feel cute, and beautiful...I am going to reply to your other thread, about your Mum, who makes you feel the exact opposite.

It's difficult when young to know what to do, welcome to the Forum...Here you will get advice, help, opinions and be able to talk to grown ups, when your Mum isn't able to be there like a Mother should.

I want to ask you though, do you talk to your Grandmother about grown up stuff?

This boy is not nice...

Have a look at the patterns...He is flirting with you, allowing his girlfriend to know that, so that she hits you, when you nievely say hi, and he holds her, cuddles her, then tries to cover up after.

He may be trying to get her jealous....to keep her

He may be trying to keep you, on the side...

But, you do know right from wrong yes? He has a girlfriend...full stop..don't let him play games with you or allow what he is doing, to have a girl hit you..

AND, never kiss and cuddle someone elses boyfriend, why? Apart from right from wrong, if he did that to her , he'll do it to you and he already is, by being with her and cuddling her....

He's not about to leave her for you, don't be fulled...Quit it now on him.

I agree with the advice given by CW. The best thing you can do is follow that advice. Does it sound like he likes you? No it truly doesn't. He's not married to his girlfriend, so if he truly liked you, I imagine he would be dating you, calling you his girlfriend, instead of her. If he really liked you, I can also imagine he'd not stand back and watch someone be mean to you and hit you. He enjoys the jealousy and the drama. Boys with girlfriends, and later in life, men with girlfriends or men with wives are off limits to you. You must think of it this way, if you love a boy and he has promised you you're his only girl, how would it make you feel to know he was out kissing and playing with another girl?

There will be boys out there that like you for you. But this one doesn't.

ok truth be told. im not married. i said that cuz i thought it would get me more replys :P haha, but i do live with a drunk mom and i am like in love with a guy who has a girlfriend. and thx for the advice(= it really helps but the thing is. i keep trying to say goodbye to him but every time i do he just keeps sayin somethin special to make me want to come back like... the last time i said goodbye i said "goodbye and good luck with the rest of your life". after i said that he said "i will be sure to use that luck... but i have to use that luck to get you back..." so i just felt so loved so i just wanted to keep talkin to him. and he pretty much already asked me out on 2 dates. 1. to hang out at his house with him and 2. to hang out with him at something goin at a club. thing is i kno his gfs goona be at the club so i have a feeling not to go because im afraid that if i do then she's goona hurt me even more and he's not goona do anythin about it.

Your Mother has her own issues, reasons why she commenced drinking and has become the way she has become....

I take it your Father is out of the picture?


Tell us about him, about your youth and when your Mum started drinking...Is she sober at any stage during the day? And if so, is she different?

You should have a woman to guide you in life, with female problems for instance, re your other thread...So I was asking, can you talk to your Grandmother about woman's problems?

Now, that we know your not really married, he's in a relationship full stop..... The advice is, tell him when he's single call you....

She, the girlfriend has already shown aggression against you...Don't tempt fate and don't play with someone elses man is the advice I am going to give you. You WILL get hurt one way or the other.....

I know that the attention is what you are after, you badly want to loved as your not at home..But, there are so many boys out there in this World and one would love to call you his and his alone......

I can talk to my grandmother about pretty much anything.
My father is in jail right now)=
My mom and father are divorced. They have been for 10 years now. They got a divorce becaues my dad would beat my mom. Thats whenever she started drinking, after they got divorced. She hasnt stopped. She's only sober whenever she is going somewhere or is having somebody over. That is nearly never though.

And... Do i tell him "Call me when your single" now.? or do i wait till he's single.?

But, as a child you would have seen the abuse to your Mum....maybe your leaving it in the background, don't want to see it...

You say Mum, started drinking after Dad went to jail...You know? That means she didn't cope, maybe she felt bad that she sent him to jail, maybe she felt it was her fault but it wasn't.. A man doesn't hit a woman....

Some people that drink sweetheart, get angry...And I suspect she has anger in herself, feels bad....

You've had a horrid childhood, the love you needed not there...That's why you "need" in your mind this boy....but he belongs to someone else and as I said, she's shown anger, so yes, say it NOW

But do me a favour..............

See someone, ask your Grandmother, to help you see a Councellor because you need to know you are beautiful and love yourself, you need to know your Mum is hurt beyond words and is using the drink to forget and one day you need to tell your Mum you love her and your there for her your understand what he did, and both of you have hidden from it...and she needs to stop because you need her.
