Keep the steamy fantasy, nothing wrong with that... but no, I would say to not act it out. 1. It will not live up to your expectations, and when its over it WILL change the nature of your working relationship. This is a man that is paying you for the service of watching his baby... it can get really messy when the person paying you for an actual job is also sleeping with you. Not to mention you may think your feelings will be disconnected, but we never can predict our hearts... and watching him bring home random women after you've been intimate may not be as easy as you think.

He seems like he is not in a good state right now, dating and sleeping with so many women so soon after his wifes death, he's probably emotionally broken up and just trying to feel good in the moments he can feel good in. Nothing wrong with that... but being that his heart is one big open hole right now, he's not someone that would be good to have some casual fling with... not when you will be there again night after night caring for his child.

What if he were to develop feelings for you... and then working for him would be awkward if you filled your fantasy and were no longer interested... I just think some things are better left to fantasies.

I would stop with the masturbating in front of his bedroom door while he's on a date though... that could lead to some very embarassing (for all) outcome and may end up freaking him out...

Just do your job, if you want to be his friend, be his friend... but I'd keep it platonic, and not push the bounderies of eavesdropping etc... you would be creeped to heck if someone did that to you, no judgements here, just saying... you shouldn't do that.

May be a troll. Careful about banning IPs though. Some universities have servers that concatenate requests from many users (or even many computers) to look like they all come from one IP address. Sometimes there is a farm of machines where multiple user requests can come from one IP, and a single user can appear to be posting from multiple machines.

This is also an issue when people use proxy servers to make it more difficult to track their real identities (reasonable given the topics discussed here).

That's why I have asked the OP to reply to her thread, we are aware of various IP addresses, or various names to one IP address, connecting to a University... However, this is more about the attached person's post to that IP address, whom posted in a simular manner, under a different name and then there is other avenues that we can look into.

Happy to apologise if that be the case, call it the "gut feeling" in addition perhaps...
