My boyfriend isn't really talking "babies" but he told me the other night that he will want to have more children before he gets too old. (He's 27, about to be 28. I'm 22.) I asked him, "well, when is too old?" He said around 30, maybe 35. I respect his feelings on that, but when I take his age into consideration, that means I will be 24-29 If I were to have his child. I think you are smart to want to do it the right way. I used to feel that way too. I wouldn't worry about it if you're on birth control, cause as long as you're taking it, you can't get pregnant! And I'm sure if he really wanted a child with you, there wouldn't really be a need to compromise, he'll probably wait until you are ready.
