Truth
Group of couples have been friends for 20 years +. One of the other husbands speaks to you as he suspects his wife of playing away. You know she has had affairs/one night stands behind his back. He asks you a direct question, has she had/or is having affairs. yes or no.

A direct question deserves a direct answer "Yes Dave, your wife has had afairs/one night stands."
If he asks for specifics, then tell him to go ask his wife, as you weren't there so you don't have any details.
If you lose her as a 'freind' so be it...what kind of 'friend' shares this information with another when the couples have been friends for that long?
She put you in the middle by sharing that information with you. It's HER problem, not YOUR problem.Comment

Since we don't know how you know this it is difficult to answer appropriately.
Do you have direct, even verifiable information about this?
Or have you just caught hints or seen something that looks suspicious?
Encourage her to be honest, but unless you are absolutely certain, I would tell him the truth that you don't Really know but have seen some things that seen ill-advised.Comment
