Lashing out physically will only beget more problems. Get out of there and don't look back! And make sure that you have some good people to support you through the rough times.

      Emg,

I was hoping once you were physically able to leave that louse that you'd leave him...

But now, I am really hurt to hear that he has hit you and knows you just lost a baby and had an operation.

What mean, hurtful and EVIL things to do and say to someone!!!
He'll get every bit of what he did to you back -- I grant you that.

I've see it happen, too. What comes around, goes around.

You take off from work to recover. WOW! What a hard thing to deal with physically and emotionally.

Try and get your belongings... take a couple of people with you, if you can just to help you should you not feel well.

I sure wish you all the best---may the good things that you so deserve, come your way!

Take care of yourself and your little one.

You've got that right! Fighting over 'things' would only keep you tied to your ex. I'm glad that you had strength to 'let it go', and that means you have strength to make it through. Here's to better days ahead!

I dont know how i missed this thread, but emg im so happy to hear that you left, its the best thing you did for you and your kid. Im sorry about the miscarriage i know that must have been so hard on you and shame on him for saying that He was glad you lost the baby, he has no heart to be thinking like that and you certainly dont deserve someone like that. You have made a huge step by leaving , im proud of you for doing that! Keep us updated!

ok......so since leaving i am now living at my mothers house with my son, and i dont even look at it as a step back because im totally capable of affording to live on my own, i look at it as i need to be around people right now and both of us couldnt be happier, meaning my son and i lol, ive begun going to the gym on a regular basis and concentrating on making a happier life for my son and I. I have no intentions on dating seriously anytime soon and NOONE will be meeting alec in the near future lol ive pretty much decided to take care of us for now and not try to throw someone else in the mix, i have a friend whos male that i chill with when im feeling "lonely" heh hmmm lol I just wanted to thank everyone for their kind words and advice it really helped me get through this and its great to be back in my hometown with all my friends around me, thanks again, Elissa=)
