does he work out? Building up his shoulders and upper chest will help disguise and hide it some what. Shoulder press and incline bench presses will be a good start. My bf has this problem. When he was a little overweight it wasn't very noticeable. However, over the last couple years he has lost 35 lbs and it's more noticeable now. His stomach is smaller but his I think is actually an issue of too much tissue. It's called gynecomastia. I personally do not care (obviously - we've been together for 3.5 years) but it really bothers him. We have talked about getting the tissue removed when we have enough money. I think the men are probably more self conscious about it then women are noticing it."The greatest enemy will hide in the last place you will ever look" Julius CaesarComment

Then he needs surgery, period. There is simply no alternative to get rid of the galnds/tissue.
Sorry, at least it's a simple and pretty safe procedure, it can be lipo'd out in a pretty short operation under local anesthetic via incisions so small on the front deltoids there will be no scarring at all.
Probably cost a few thousand though.
Good luck..."The greatest enemy will hide in the last place you will ever look" Julius CaesarComment

I have only dated guys with man boobs. Sounds weird yes, and no I do not have any hidden fantesy about dating other girls. I just find myself attracted to bigger men cuz they seems a lot more .......... funny? ....... IDK the right word for it. But their personalities just seem nicer. The guy I am dating now has always been a big boy & he still is one now. He is about 5'9" and is close to 400 lbs. So he got big man boobs, but I dont look at that, I just love how he understands me & he makes me feel like I dont have to hide who I truly am. Plus I love eating just as much as he does

LOL!!! This reminds me of a a trip I took to CA to visit a friend of mine who is bisexual. She and another friend (who is a lesbian) and I were going to go to this "homosexual" establishment that featured different things on different nights. One night would be ladies night. One night mens night. So we drove to this place and they sent little old me inside to find out if it was Ladies Night. I walk in and every head in the place turned like something out of a movie when you hear the music come to a screaching hault. I found myself standing in the midst of a BUNCH of large hairy men with no shirts on. Ladies night it was not.......... apparently that also had a night called "Teddy Bear night". There were moobs galore.Booyah! The moment I've been waiting for. Look out skinny boys. Big ol' teddy bears are about to be in!

Not going to lie, but it's a huge turn off for me.
I could never do it. I don't have a huge chest. I'm insecure about myself already and being with a guy that had bigger or equal **** as me, that would be a nightmare."Hurt myself again today and the worst part is there's no one else to blame."Comment
