some people told me he might be doing this to show his friends and my co-workers that he doesn't care of the break up and even very happy with his life so they will start gossips and stories especially at my workplace, Plus , he knows that my co workers don't know who broke up and what the reasons were, so his actions now may let them gossip on that he dumped me and enjoying his life, may be he is doing this to show off it was his decision or even to get closer to them to tell them this in person .. and what I noticed of people who are so close to him avoiding me is confirming to me this point of view .. but still I can't explain why whatsoever he wants to do that and we already broke up !

thanks all for your very helpful advise regarding fb, actually I see his posts are jerky but not to the extent of harassment as actually the friends didn't mind them , he just insist to post to my work colleagues mainly and not to other people to show off that he is enjoying his life and feeling cool showing off his funny and stupid photos and status updates to the extent that it is getting me embrassed that they know he was my fiancee one day !

LOL... what a loser, that he feels the best way to get to you is through posting how awesome his life is on FB. If his life were really that amazing, he wouldn't be posting about it - he'd be living it.
I take back my statement about talking to your coworkers given what you've just said here. If they're so petty that they're going to stop talking to you and gossip about you, then you don't want to clear the air with those types of people anyway. You're better off knowing now that those specific people don't have your best interests at heart, and ignore them.
It's pretty obvious to me that your ex is doing this because he's immature and vindictive and just trying to get under your skin. Lucky you that he's only using FB to be obnoxious - so block him completely, and don't spend another second worried about what your coworkers think. If they are really your friends, they would ask you about it and make sure you're ok. Apparently, they'd rather just feed into his ridiculousness... so good riddance. After a while he'll find something else to do with his time and your coworkers will find someone else to gossip about. People like that are fickle, and don't stay on any one subject for too long, at least that's how it has been in my experiences.Comment

I don't think K- Monte mean't " I just want to make that point clear " in a deogratory manner ...
Don't know about facebook so I can't answer that.
But he sounds immature and I am betting sending private messages if your work place people are now ignoring you.
He sounds like he wants his cake and eat it. He wasn't over his ex.
But, something is a miss. Did you diss him at all anywhere? It sounds to me that he is retaliating big time...

Hi Chandlers, I don't understand what you mean by "diss him" ? if it is talking behind his back , so answer is no , people even at my workplace don't know why we broke up, as I didn't want to be gossiping about him even or let them gossip.
regarding retaliating , yes I feel this , but really can't understand why he does that as long as he is the one who broke badly, so what he is retaliating for ?
Sometimes I felt he had ego issues remaining from his ex fiancee relationship problems, just a thought .. but still can't understand why you think he is not over his ex, even after being with me year and 2 months and getting engaged ? I feel now the picture is complicated for me to figure, could you explain more please ?

This just may be his coping mechanism when things don't go the way he's planned. He needs to feel that the difficulties in your relationships was just that - your fault. He needs to seem to be the blameless one and so he is telling everyone what he perceives to be and would be his view of the breakup. He also is on the prowl for his next girlfriend. One way to do that is put out the "poor me, look what happened to me (certainly not my fault at all), have pity on me) routine looking for someone to feel sorry for him, take him under his wing, and the whole thing starts again. He is also trying to be the funny one (look what a great guy I am and what she is missing) - I`m funny, intelligent and great to be around. I don`t think for a moment that this is really directed at you. He`s on the prowl for new prey and is starting off where he is not known too well. They`ll get his number though -- sooner or later. That which we forget may as well never really happened.Comment

Hi Sweet, probably didn't word that right.
When I said he didn't get over his ex, he's not over you either right? Meaning, that's twice he has taken it to the "engagement" level and twice he's stuffed up..
He is an immature little jerk
He can't work out how to have a relationship, thinks that being engaged is the answer, he's one, she said yet, then walks away, only to be on his own basically and missing what he had, therefore, acts immaturely, getting in your face. Possibly because you were brave enough and smart enough to have no contact for 4 months.. His ego is bruised.
I was wondering if you had been dissing, behind his back as to the reason but I agree with the others now.. There is nothing hidden there, thank goodness you didn't marry him.PUT A LITTLE 'LIKE' IN MY SOUL!Comment
