    sometimes i offend people by looking on the funnier side of serious topics..i'm not trying to belittle their problems, but in some situations laughter is the best medicine..when i lost my only sister 5 years ago, remembering the moments of laughter got me through the tough times and keep me from falling apart..

      Ok, so you do know that some situations require a little tact and you can't make jokes. People get uptight about things like that. I do understand.

      When the time is right for a little jokey-joke, by all means, let'er rip!

      But you know what, Doc, laughter is excellent medicine. There is actually scientific proof of that.

      But, IMO, you don't have to have science tell you that. I can say it just as well, too!
