In the easiest terms possible: he's a complete *******hole. I know it's stupid for me to be with him, but he has my whole heart. We've been together for over 3 yrs and have lived together for over 3 yrs. I can't make myself leave him because of money issues. In explanation, I would loose my job, then my car, then my phone.... I live away from my parents and I really don't need/want to live with them again. And jobs are extremely hard to come by in a very small town...Comment

This is hard. It sounds as if you aren't really in love to be honest and you want a way out but to you there is no way out, as you will lose everything so you want to fall out of love with him but stay in a friends zone without him knowing so that you don't lose everything and have to go home?
If you were crazy about him you would find a way to work things through.
If you didn't love him at all the heading would be how to stay in a loveless relationship because I have no choice..
I think you are confused.
