azalea I think you are right.

I had a day off yesterday as did she (works part time) and she said I should come with her to pick our son up and said we were going back to his friends house. I asked if she did that a lot and she said most days apart from when son is in a school club but not all the time. I asked why she never mentioned it and she said it didnt seem important and knew I wouldn't have a problem with it. So I just told her I would still like to know as by not telling me could make me wonder why she wasn't telling me. She apologised and said she would tell me those sort of things in future. Turns out his wife is either there or she gets in from work not long after they get there. Im kinda happy that it isn't an issue as I would not want to stop my son and her going round there as my sons friend has a learning disability and my son is pretty much his only friend.

Gonna hit the gym and get my body back to what is was as I think this is my problem. If I was confident in myself I would never of had these feelings. Thank you everyone for the help.
