A guy stares at me too often at the gym

    Hey girls !

At the gym there is a young man (he's in his 20's and I'm 24) who stares at me and when I look back at him then he looks away.
His looking at me is not a problem and the issue is that when he gazes at me his eyes are really piercing and insistant. It's really disturbing because he never smiles and something a little nasty seems to go out from his eyes !!
Moreover, I definitely feel he observes me almost eyerytime when I workout and I'm not able to see him.

What's more I dunno what to do with him because when we passed each other one day, I glanced at him and he pretended not to see me by gazing at the horizon above my head !
Moreover I dunno if he's embarrassed when I catch him red-handed that he gazed me !
And I dunno if he likes observing my body or if he's shy and doesn't dare to speak me.

Kinda weird situation, isn't it ? What's your opinion? I'd like to be able to analyze his behavior to be able to react properly.
I don't wanna be cruel and rude if he doesn't check me out but if he does I'm ready to give him a roasting, you know !

    Boys are so complicated !!

    Lots of things here.
If he isn't saying or doing anything, why care who he looks at? Men are going to look at a woman. You cannot analyze whether he has ill intentions unless he says or does something inappropriate. He probably just thinks you're attractive but may or may not care to meet you, and/or is shy.
I have a feeling you're not giving off a vibe that you're interested so he isn't likely to approach.

If you're that uncomfortable then go at a different time of day if possible or move to another area where you can't see him.
If you feel it necessary, simply tell him that you are uncomfortable with his staring and ask him politely to stop.
    No roasting necessary.

Boys are not really that confusing...just different.
I go to an all-woman gym

Some guys stare because they were never taught manners. Staring and glancing away may be because he is to shy to say anything, but it may also be because he is not a nice person. It may also be that he thinks staring will eventually lead to a conversation.

You could ask him why he stares at you. If you have a friend who is willing, that friend could ask.
I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided, and that is the lamp of experience.
      ...
Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction? Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance by lying supinely on our backs and hugging the delusive phantom of hope, until our enemies shall have bound us hand and foot?

From a speech by Patrick Henry on March 23, 1775 at St. John's Church, Richmond, Virginia
