    Now What????

okay so I talked to him and told him how i was feeling.... I told him I dont want to wake up years from now kickin my self in the butt for settling down so sooon in my life. He insists on making things work and is now treating me like a princess. I worry though that it will all go back to how it was. im just so confused because I love him and I know it would be hard for both us to move on but I feel like theres so much i wanna do that I can't if im in a relationship with him. Goodness. I have also never had my very own place just roommates and with him I want that experiance....i think. I suggested me getting my own place and us still just dating and kinda taking a step back but He wants all or nothing. I hate to hurt him.

Simply put, you have to do what feels right to you. I think you will hurt him, and yourself even more, if you stay with him and 'live a lie'. You are still young. Hard as it will be, if he truly loves you, he has to let you go so that you can 'find yourself'...He doesn't want to let you go, but he should want you to be happy and fulfill your dreams. If he can't see that, then maybe he's not 'The One', and you will have to move on.

I have to agree and say that you have to do what's best for you. Why would you give him all if that doesn't make you happy? like, staying with him would make him happy, but not you. moving out on your own will feel good for you. i never got the chance to be on my own before moving in with my husband, (i moved in with him when i was about 19 y/o) and i still think about it.

my best friend is going through this same thing, and you know what she did? she left him, is now getting herself together, seeing a new guy who makes her happy, and is happy overall.

being independant is one thing that no one should guilt you away from or change your mind about.

Being independent is one of the best things that one can learn in life.
Don't ever let anyone steer you away from that.
