My husband isn't attracted to me anymore
My husband isn't attracted to me anymore and I don't know what to do. He says he loves me and everything, but actions speak louder than words. And trust me, he isn't attracted to me anymore. I cry about it every night. I have put on a few pounds so maybe that is why? I am just so upset. He acts like I have the plague. What can I do? -
Caitlin, so sorry you are feeling like this. Has he come out and said this or have you just noticed a lack of affection or intimacy?
If he hasn't said anything, you might be feeling bad about yourself and then becoming insecure about his attraction to you when it may be something else entirely that is going on.
What reasons do you think he isnt feeling that way about you anymore, what has he said or not said or done or not done that leads you to believe it to be so?Scars remind us of where we've been...they don't have to dictate where we're going. -
Have you asked him about it? It might not even be that he is not attracted to you, it may just be something else.
And are you not happy with your self? Because if you are not happy than some times it may feel that others are not attracted to you, but really it is that you are unhappy and feel unattractive. (if that makes any sense)Life is like play dough, you mold it into what you want.
