I do want him. Not a win or lose. I am not competing with her for him, but with him for him. Even already, we have gone back to what we were when we first dated and lived together. We both smile now, sleep better, relax, have fun, look forward to the end of the day when we will see each other. We are working on the best friend thing then the heart things.

The banning is just me being a smatss. If I wanted, I could call her and tell her/find out whatever...I have her number, and she has mine too. Up until last week, I knew where she worked.

Yes, her actions are a large part of the ending of our relationship. But I hold him responsible for 97% of it. He checked out emotionally, said he was going to try and didn't follow-up, hid things, stopped coming home and eventually said he was leaving, fell lock-stock-and barrel for her game play, stayed and started this rollercoaster we are on now.

I am not thinking of convincing him of not being friends with her, for now. As a friend turned wanna be girlfriend, she is digging her own grave with her behaviour towards him now. As his friend, she should know what ****es him off and makes him not want to bother, she is acting the opposite. So until we sort out the us, I am the woman is he dating and sleeping with, I can't make a demand him. However, he does already know that if we were to be more solid in us, she will become a sticky point.

He has been making HUGE strides to earn my trust. I went to far with how I askeed this question that started something, and he didn't consider why I was asking it. That is why after we both cooled off, we were able to better comunicate. We are both still learning the new personal space we each have, and how to approach/interpret each other. Neither of us wants to reestablish the old relationship, I see now that we were both unhappy, just didn't know it at the time. We just want to start something new, with 20/20 hindshight, with the best of who we were and are now, and see if the attraction we have is something that can grow.

Rome wasn't built in a day and without work...it just didn't have so many dfistractions and touchy feelings.
