well i make breakfast everymorning for my man, and scratch his back... he loves that... i make cuppas for him all day long.. and prepare all meals when he is home... i also allow him the freedom and space to do what he likes.... i never say straight out NO... i always say if thats what you want to do hun you go for it...he will always discuss it with me anyway.... this works great as because he has the freedom, he has no need to go behind my back...

My so works night and is in the national guard and im a stay at home wifey. What i do:
Get his clothes and uniforms laid out and ready
clean his vehicle
clean the house and indoor chores.
wash clothes
cook meals, and fix a plate and bring it too him with a drink.
get up when he comes in at 8am to spend time with him and stay up till late to be up when he leaves.
Clip and file his finger nails and toe nails.
Cut his hair.
massages back, legs, and feet.
Pack his bags when he has to leave for drill.
Pack his lunch for work.
Go grocery shopping alone.
pay all the bills.
Run interference of those annoying phone calls and spontantious vists from those inconsiderate family members when he has to sleep.
And im understanding when he's too tired to do anything and can't stay awake.
I do so many things in and out the bedroom for him its hard to remember everything but he is one spoiled man!Comment

I clean him up after sex...LOL
I cook and I mean he NEVER has to cook (not only because I'm scared that one day a man will attempt to poison me..but because I was raised that men should not have to cook..I know I know...)
I give out massages
I look for things they need ( for instance my ex just purchased his first home and mentioned he wants an aquarium...so what do I do...I go online and search for the best sites for his needs take the links and email them to him)
I lotion him at times
I'm a head rubber
I'm not afraid to give oral (some times thats all they really need)
If I use the car I put gas in it!
If he is sick or his mother is sick I give out remedies (regardless if he uses them)
When I know he needs things I buy them (like soap, toilet paper, tooth brushes etc)
*this was things I have done for my ex*

This is for all of you wonderful ladies who have replied....
Ok, this is gonna sound like a silly question I know buuuuut:
Why? Is is an instinctual thing? That mothering trait someone mentioned on another post? Were these things your SOs asked you to do, or did you just figure out that's what they seemed to like?Comment

Last year for my fiance's birthday I wanted to make it really special because he had said nobody ever did much for his birthday, he has a crappy family history and I just wanted him to have a good birthday. We had only been together 4 months but I arranged a surprise party for him and to get him out of the house we went to the store and when we came back in my aunts, uncles, cousins and grandma was all there. I made him a strawberry cake and bought him some stuff and he got presents from my grandma and my parents and we had a bonfire then I took him and my cousins to a night of glow bowling. It meant so much to him. He said I was the first person to ever spend his entire birthday with him. It really made me happy to do that for him. Other things I do everyday is to try to fix his lunches when he's working and I usually slip in a note for him to find later. If I get something to drink or eat and know he doesn't have anything to drink I'll take him a glass or something to eat. If he says he wants something I try my hardest to be able to get him that..like for his birthday last week he had wanted a rifle so I let him go pick it out because I had some extra money.
We take showers together a lot and we always cuddle before going to sleep..and he usually gets a BJ even if I don't really want to lol. When his back itches I scratch it and I give him back massages when he wants one. He LOVES banana pudding so once in a while I make one for him.If a man marches to a different beat perhaps it is because he hears a different drummer and let him march to his own beat, no matter how measured or how far.-Henry David ThoreauComment
