    OP, two points:

    1) You need to feel secure about your own body. This is important. Find what you think you need to work on your body and then seek solutions to improve it (Google is always a good start!). It's mandatory that you are happy with the way you look.

    2) As long as your husband does not watch shows with hot girls ONLY, then it is nothing unusual or weird with him. I watch model reality shows with my SO when we come across them on TV, but we also watch cooking or other reality shows too. We even watch fighting shows, where the guys are all well trained and 90% naked (we both enjoy watching professional fighting and some guys 'are' hot but I never rub it in his face). He doesn't make me feel as if he intentionally looks for shows that include hot women. If there are any, well, there are, no big deal, there are hot people out there. But if he'd only watch shows with attractive women, I'd feel bothered by it. That's why I'm saying that as long as he'd watch anything, as long as he finds it interesting or fun and not just eye candy, you shouldn't feel too bad about it (straight) Men are attracted to women, straight women are attracted to men. As long as nobody gets obsessed about someone else and forgets him/her when the TV is off, it shouldn't be an issue.

Also, I think that men respect women who would say "this X actress looks hot/sexy/cute", more than those who would point at a good looking woman and say "what a (edit)". They like this kind of attitude, even if it can take a strong stomach to say it. It's like they think "this girl can recognize beauty, is not afraid to say it, and she's confident about herself. She's so worth more than this X hot girl".

Some times reverse psychology can do magic...
