Husband hasn't come home for over 18hrs...

so as you can imagine I am in a state of panic at the moment... We had a fight last night and things got out of control. We are living in Europe and I have no friends here and I really do not want to worry my mother with this or even his mother, I just need some opinions and assurance.

I think I may have depression as I have battled that with anxiety before. I have been living here for 4 months and have had no luck with work as the weeks wore on I became more and more lazy, depressed, sad and finally ANGRY! I am diagnosed with ADHD and I am not pinning my behaviour on that well actually I am sort of as it is a major part of me. it's unmanagable and out of control... I need to treat that before I can have a healthy relationship with myself. It is just here in Prague I am not able to fine the support I need.

So things have spiraled and it's almost our one year. We have dealt with a lot since coming here. Both of us have, though M just seems to be so much better at dealing with it. He is so loving and caring and I feel like I have turned into the from .

So he left last night and said he was going for a few beers which is something he does rarely. He said he was angry and did not want to talk whilst drinking and we would talk tomorrow. So the hours passed and I got a couple of text messages saying that he was confused about how he felt about me and for teh first time he did not want to come home to talk about it. So now it is 6 pm the day after and I am worried out of my head as we are in another country and the only friends he has live with us. He took no wallett no passport just a wad of cash.

This is very unlike him and even if he went on the beer he always comes home!

So tired I have not slept a wink all night day.... Any thoughts or comments please? Thanks so much!
peace, love and cha cha cha!

Take a nice relaxing bath or shower, get some sleep or at least some rest. Doing without will not help anyting and being over tired when he does come home or the tow of you talk, will not help. Right now there is nothing you can do about anything relating to him. Regardless, start working on making some friends of your own - you need them no matter what !

He can't be away for too long without a wallet and passport. If you won't hear from him by tomorrow evening I suggest you go to the police. Relationship problems aside, something might have happened to him and he has no right to make you worry like that.

Thanks Guys! Seriously! Being alone in a new city and having friends makes this all the much harder! Well he did come home... Hungover and tired. We had a BIG talk and have decided that there are a few things we need to discuss with a professional together and seperately.

He did have no right to do what he did and as I guessed he was too drunk to reason and rational thoughts!

I was worried and was looking at contacting the police in my city to file a report. Lucky for me he called and told me he was alright.

Again your words of encouragment we comforting! So thanks.
peace, love and cha cha cha!

I'm glad he's alright! I was actually thinking about your case and was hoping everything would turn out alright

Ask him not to do that again. It's better to talk, argue, whatever, but not to disappear like that. If he wants to leave and drink for many hours he should at least have his phone available.

Thanks Stressed! He said that he wouldn't and now we are going to seek help to learn tools to prevent it happening again...
