Do you love your husband? Do you feel loved by him outside of this event? If not, do you feel like you even want to work things out? You two need to have some private time to have a heart to heart talk and find out the answers to these kinds of questions. Maybe you would both consider trying marriage counselling or maybe not. Because you have two little ones involved, I would be careful not to rush into any rash decision or action. Just make sure you think things through before you react in a way you may regret later.
Marriage is not easy and people who choose to marry do so usually for very strong reasons. Maybe you two can reconnect and spend good times together as opposed to separately. Has your husband demonstrated trustworthiness as a character trait up to this point? Are you aware of him no being truthful with others? Stop, think, talk, make a plan either way. Most of all, take care of yourself as your little ones need a healthy momma.
If you choose to leave, get all the facts before you do. Find out about Family Law in your area and make an informed decision. You may be entitled to spousal support so you don't have to feel "trapped" if in fact this is the case.
And I know that if I found out that my husband cheated on me I'd be devastated for a long time but I try to hope that at some point I would have just understood that he is weaker than me and that was the reason. What next I do not know and hopefully I never will but knowing myself I think I would have tried not to stay with him. Because such things can be forgotten but doubtfully forgiven and they always stay somewhere at the back of our minds. Obviously situations can be different and when children are involved it makes things much more complicated. But every problem has a solution and any pain goes sooner or later and we have to be Strong and believe in ourselves to deal with our lives no matter what happenes!
