I dunno ... maybe I'm just to "territorial" and a bit jealous but I just wouldn't be to keen on another female shaking her stuff in my mans face.

My boyfriend has told me that he has never been to a strip club and has no desire to go. That statement actually surprised me seeing as how he likes his occasional porn flick. He said that in his opinion looking at porn and going to a strip club are two different things. At a strip club there are actual people in front of you and there is that slim possibility something could develop whereas watching porn it is simply staring at a screen.

I will agree with you about how I don't want another woman shaking her stuff at my husband, but I don't think it would be something that I could deal with if I had to. and he would never go behind my back and go to a club. He tells me everything. My husband and I think strippers are delusional in the sense that they think their **** don't stink... many of the strippers that I've met say that they're just doing it to get through college, or they are a single mom trying to take care of her kids... I think that's a load of ****! I paid my way through college, and worked really hard to do it. I have a good job where i don't have to take my clothes off. maybe I'm just rambling here, but I think its perpetuating the "women are objects" state of mind. sure, its their choice to take their clothes off for money and that doesn't help the mind set either..but to be the type of person that will make that choice, mustn't care enough about themselves to know they don't have to do that in order to get by.

and I belive that porn and strippers are two different things as well. with porn there is only one outcome. at a club you can either control or disregard what actions are appropriate.

I think many guys go along with this stripper for the bachelor party thing to prove their manhood to their friends. I know my boyfriend is grossed out by strippers (no matter how pretty they are, he only thinks about the diseases and drugs they are usually tied to). But, I'd bet that he'd go along with a lap dance if someone else paid, (Which the single guys in the group usually always do). So, besides not trusting the strippers themselves, keep an eye on who his friends are that engage in this ****. There's always a couple who will literally force him into a lap dance, and he may not deny it because he doesn't want to appear like a wussy.

I would say I absolutely agree with bellasmom. I have no patience for things like that because if my man was to go to a strip club to get a tease for pleasure, then he was pretty pathetic and not worth showing myself off to him to begin with. I would definitely call the wedding off. Also, the fact that he seems ok with you having men as strippers for your party means two, or one of two things. One, he makes it ok for you to make it ok for him so you wont call him on it, or two, he simply doesnt care. I would be bull**** at my man if he didnt oppose just a little

I'm an english guy, and I've never been to a strip club. Although my girlfriend ate a banana of a stripper at a lesbian club night (long story). I'll actually admit that at first I was a little bit peeved, but then I realised that I didn't really have a right to be, since if I was there I'd have encouraged it...

I think it's fine, really, although people do get blowjobs and stuff at some skanky strip joints. I think if you feel that you can trust your husband then fine, so be it. Just let it go. He'll probably have a few funny stories to share with you afterwards anyway.

As for calling off a marriage for a stripper was at a batchelor party - woah, overkill.

don't worry. i actually have a friend from highschool that is a stripper and honstly i wouldn't worry i think she is the only stripper i have seen that looks ok but then again i live in nebraska. i used to get upset too when my BF's would go but i realized that is a strippers job all they want is money i woldn't worry and think the only reason he dosen't worry bout you is because of his sister because thats is the reason my ex didn't worry bout what i did becuase his sister was everywhere i went.

My hubby does not go to strip clubs as "just something to do" Since we have been married (8 years) he has been 3 times (2 bachelor parties and 1 "Back from Iraq" party for a buddy). I have been to two bachelorette parties where we ended up at a "male review". Our only standing rule for these events is look and don't touch.
Actually we have had really great sex after one of us has been on one of these outings.
Last time husband had one planned I picked up a "stripper outfit", got some funky lighting, and put on a little show when he got home...that was fun!!
