That was off the hook Elena, but you almost blew it but that's all time classic he will remember that for sure. But he scared the hell out of you as well. So let me get this straight your dog Rex understand Portuguese when you talk with him wow smart dog lol. But you made up for it with sex so you both won lol. But one thing I bet husband nose was completely clear not being stuff up after eating wasabi like that I love that stuff on my sushi yummy. But you was all good he would never hurt you Elena, It was his prank back to you, that's a great prank and i like how you told it talking to Rex like you talking with a human that's funny calling pa pi very cute for sure thanks.Well I got my revenge and I served it hot literally. Basically this afternoon hubby went to the basement where we have our home gym (that he built
) to do his workout. As he was doing his thing I made lunch which was spaghetti bolognase which he loves I added the scotch bonet and wasabi to the sauce but I seperated the sauce so he would get the spicy sauce. Rex was with me in the kitchen he thought the food was for him I said to him softly in Portuguese "this isn't for you this is for papi. mami is getting her revenge on papi wish me luck".
When I served the food and set the table hubby was on the PS4 I called him to the table. Before he ate he noticed I had a grin on and he asked "what's the grin for" and I replied "Rex gave me a funny look" phew I thought he was gonna suss me out. He took his first bite he was "Oh my God that's hot" then he grabbed his glass of water and just gulped it down. I couldn't help but laugh he said "wtf is in there" I then told him about the scotch bonet and wasabi at this point his mouth was really starting to burn I was still laughing (I'm such a sadist
) his face looks so cute when he is in pain.
He ran to the kitchen took the milk out of the fridge and started to down it. I started saying how this is revenge for the last 13 years of being on the end of his pranks it's now my turn to cause you pain, for some minutes he just stayed in the kitchen cooling his mouth off I was still proud of myself. I knew he wasn't too happy with me he gave me an evil look and said with a sinister smile " you're gonna get it....NOW!" he started chasing after me I ran like Speedy Gonzalez upstairs screaming lol to the spare room and I locked it he came very close to catching me. He started knocking on the door asking me to open it I said no just to annoy him he then said " I'll kick this door down if you don't unlock it and you know I can" I thought it would be sexy seeing him kick down that door and come and get me
He gave a "warning" kick, this warning kick was so hard it nearly took the door down as it screwed up the hinges this scared me abit and I just submitted I said I would unlock the door but he had to promise he wouldn't do anything to me and he accepted reluctantly. I opened the door (the door hanging on it's last legs) he came in, stood in front of me towering over me, had this very serious look on his face then it turned into a smile he proceeded to grab my bum and lift me over my shoulder he took me to the bedroom tickled me to oblivion apologised for the door he had to let me know he meant business after that we DTD (wink, wink)
When out driving always turn left. Then, should you become lost, you can find your way home by reversing the procedure and always turning right.Comment

It's interesting that you consider the pranking as a display of affection. My SO likes to prank me, but I just find it humiliating, demeaning and upsetting. It never occurred to me that it was possibly a way of showing affection, I assumedo it was a display of ridicule, superior intelligence and control....
How do you keep a sense of humour about it?“...choose to believe in your own myth
your own glamour
your own spell
a young woman who does this
(even if she is just pretending)
has everything....”

Well done. I like wasabi and horseradish (I grew up eating horseradish which we grew), but I cannot take chillies that are too hot. If he is smart, he will be suspicious of what you serve him. If he isn't get him again.I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided, and that is the lamp of experience.

Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction? Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance by lying supinely on our backs and hugging the delusive phantom of hope, until our enemies shall have bound us hand and foot?

Quick temporary derail - I'm sure it depends entirely on the intent of the prankster, cali. For narcissistic and/or controller personality types, no doubt it is intended to demonstrate superiority on some level for both the victim (control conditioning) and the prankster (self-affirmation). People who are afraid that they're not always in control or who are paranoid that their control is slipping or threatened need lots of reassurance - usually at the expense of others. Pranking is a good method because it can fly under the banner of 'good fun' and can easily have an effective passive-aggressive rider attached - "why are you overreacting, it's just a practical joke," "don't take it so seriously, it's just good fun," "if you want our relationship to be boring, fine, but don't blame me or wonder why I don't want to go to therapy," "it's this part of you that wants to ruin my good times that forces me to hate you," etc.Originally posted by calibriIt's interesting that you consider the pranking as a display of affection. Rex understands a few Portuguese words I've been teaching him such as "Sit", "Quiet", "Come here" etc. I only spoke to him in Portuguese because I didn't want hubby to hear what I was saying. sure hubby is gonna remember this for a long time. That was off the hook Elena, but you almost blew it but that's all time classic he will remember that for sure.
